Seafood Masterclass
Join Angela Gray for a rolling feast prepared right before your eyes of– carpaccio of tuna, baked oyster with crème fraiche and Parmesan, salt cod fritters with a spicy dipping sauce, pan fried prawn with garlic, feta, lemon and mint, tempura of fish with passion fruit and paella. Two glasses of wine included.
