Then Angela prepares raw mushroom and toasted hazelnut salad, roast Oaklands organic pork with grapes, juniper and Vin Santo, roast Llanerch pumpkin with thyme, and baked blackberries and mascarpone. Pick up tips galore and have a great lunch.
