Christmas Freeze

Your chance to get some festive inspiration and create a feast ahead of time so you can relax and enjoy your Christmas this year.

Make canapés of Parmesan sticks, leek soup shots, little pork and chestnut pies, little spiced fishcakes. Then terrine of Duck, pomegranate and cranberry sauce, potato and sage gratin, salmon en croute, daube of beef. You will make delicious desserts including passion fruit roulade, festive apple pie with calvados, and a rum fruit cake baked in a terracotta pot.

Your weekend includes all meals, and features a special festive taster menu designed by Michelin Star Chef Hywel Jones. You will also have tuition on wines to serve with your dishes.
